i'm looking forward to the moment i see that plane. i imagine its wings reaching out for me, like a mother kneeing down, extending her arms out to her baby. i imagine it to be a sort of 'welcome home' feeling. a toxic-free, worry-free, frictionless deep breath. i'll be jet-setting, not backtracking. i'll be openminded, not reminded. school is taking the backseat. all the R&R, ocean, coastal coffee, amaretto sours and time that i want. time to think about where i want to go, what i want to do, how i want to do it, where i stand in love, where i stand in Minneapolis, where i stand in my family, who is good enough, who is worth the dancing the struggle the deliberation the time. i have time to think about time. a reassessment. reorganizaiton. regaining, recovering, picking up where i left off.... whether i'm clothed or naked or drunk or hungry or whatever.
i get to do whatever the fuck i want, where ever the fuck i want to do it. i don't care what gets thrown in my suitcase, at least i have a suitcase. i don't care who i put on the backburner for six days, i've got plans and i plan on sucking the life out of them. i'm going from being cash-deprived to cash-developed... and what a development this has been. the perks of an independent (substituted in for wallflower). this will be a great little game of pick me up.... talk to you soon.
