also, since this past weekend i've experienced about 2 or 3 tornado dreams again. i often dream of tornadoes when i take tylenol PM, but the last couple of times i haven't been 'using'..... so i looked it up and this is what i scrunged up (blurb #3 explains the reoccurances):

"Tornado is a violent storm in nature, and it may represent violent emotional storms in your dreams. If you have reoccurring tornado dreams consider the emotional changes in your life and also the amount of anger and rage that you may be currently experiencing. Tornadoes could also represent disruptions and upsets in you immediate environment and specific or current issues that may be overwhelming."

i've come to the conclusion that tylenol PM isn't the cause of my stormy dreams. it's got to be the inconsistent who-ha in my life that refuses to stay away.
